Painting: MMR uses only the highest quality paints and stains (Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Valspar) applied over meticulously prepared surfaces. Structural Repairs: The replacement or installation of wooden, steel and laminated beams, angles and sills can be undertaken. Engineering services are also available. Roofing and Slate Repair: Our highly trained roofing crew is available for the smallest repair to the largest complete roof. We have specialists in slate repair and installation, asphalt/fiberglass shingles and flat roof products such as EPDM membrane(rubber). Also available are more traditional materials such as cedar shingles. Custom Millwork: If the preservation of architectural integrity is a high priority, MMR operates its own woodworking shop and can match virtually any wooden component needing replacement. Weathervane Restoration: We can perform structural repairs, painting, gilding or the complete replacement of an entire weather vane system. Lightning Protection: The installation of a U.L. certified lightning arrestor system customized to meet your specific needs is available through MMR. Replacement Steeples: MMR can undertake any project from the most painstakingly exact replication of an existing timberframe steeple to the installation of a prefabricated fiberglass replacement spire. (We offer a complete line of fiberglass spires and steeple components fabricated by the leading manufacturer in the nation.)
